Keystone Clearwater Solutions is hiring an Operations Supervisor for Water Transfer at the Carrollton yard to lead field teams and manage projects on-site. This role focuses on safe, on-time, and on-budget execution across all water-transfer activities and customer engagements.

You will coordinate planning, budgeting, scheduling, and collaboration with engineering while upholding safety standards. Expect 12-hour shifts, days and nights, travel, and a strong on-site leadership presence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of water transfer experience.
• Certified Fusion Technician (1+ year).
• Prior team or project management experience.
• Mechanical and equipment knowledge (pumps, valves, flow control).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with mobile reporting tools (smartphone, tablet, etc.).
• Ability to manage costs, schedules, and customer expectations.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Technical or engineering coursework a plus.
• 12-hour shifts | Days & Nights | Overtime & Weekend availability | Travel required |
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Oversee all water transfer activities for a specific operator or account.
• Lead a team of Field Supervisors, Senior Water Transfer Technicians, and Technicians.
• Ensure projects run safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Act as the client’s point of contact and represent Keystone leadership on-site.
• Manage day-to-day field operations and supervise all assigned personnel.
• Coordinate with engineering for technical specs and job cost analysis.
• Review and sign daily field tickets and project documentation.
• Enforce safety policies and train team members on procedures and equipment.
• Monitor performance of pumps, valves, fusion machines, and related systems.
• Drive operational improvements, introduce new technologies, and reduce costs.
