Keystone Clearwater Solutions in Corning, NY is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Water Transfer to lead field teams and ensure safe, on-time project delivery. A sign-on bonus of a $4,000 is offered, paid in four quarterly installments.

The role focuses on supervising field personnel, coordinating with engineering, managing costs and schedules, and serving as the on-site client liaison. Weekend work and 12-hour shifts are required, with travel to assigned counties in the region.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years in water transfer operations.
• Certified Fusion Technician with 1+ year experience.
• Experience leading field teams and projects.
• Must have strong communication, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with mobile reporting tools (smartphones/tablets).
• Ability to manage costs, schedules and customer expectations.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations and supervise personnel.
• Serve as client liaison and Keystone on-site representative.
• Ensure safe, efficient setup and operation of water transfer systems.
• Plan, budget, and schedule field resources.
• Coordinate with engineering for specs and job cost analysis.
• Review daily field tickets and project docs.
• Enforce safety policies and train team members.
• Monitor pumps, valves, fusion machines and related systems.
• Drive operational improvements and cost reductions.
