Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of water transfer experience.
• Certified Fusion Technician (1+ year) or equivalent.
• Experience supervising teams or projects.
• Strong communication skills and safety focus.
• Proficiency with mobile reporting tools and field techs.
• Ability to manage costs, schedules, and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations and supervise all personnel.
• Act as client point of contact and represent Keystone on-site.
• Ensure safe, efficient setup and operation of water transfer systems.
• Lead planning, budgeting, and scheduling of field resources.
• Coordinate with engineering for specs and job cost analysis.
• Review and sign daily field tickets and project docs.
• Enforce safety policies and train team members on procedures.
• Monitor pumps, valves, fusion machines, and related systems.
• Drive operational improvements and reduce costs.
