Keystone Clearwater Solutions in Cadiz, OH is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Water Transfer. You will manage day-to-day field operations, supervise a team, ensure safety, efficiency, and cost control on water transfer projects.

The role interfaces with clients on-site and oversees planning, budgeting, and scheduling. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in water transfer, experience in leadership, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of water transfer experience.
• Certified Fusion Technician (1+ year).
• Prior team or project management experience.
• Mechanical and equipment knowledge (pumps, valves, flow control).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with mobile reporting tools (smartphone, tablet, etc.).
• Ability to manage costs, schedules, and customer expectations.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Technical or engineering coursework a plus.
• 12-hour shifts; travel required; overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations and supervise all assigned personnel.
• Act as the client’s point of contact and represent Keystone leadership on-site.
• Ensure safe, efficient setup and operation of all water transfer systems.
• Lead planning, budgeting, and scheduling of field resources.
• Coordinate with engineering for technical specs and job cost analysis.
• Review and sign daily field tickets and project documentation.
• Enforce safety policies and train team members on procedures and equipment.
• Monitor performance of pumps, valves, fusion machines, and related systems.
• Drive operational improvements, introduce new technologies, and reduce costs.
