Job summary

Guarantee Restoration Services is seeking a Water Technician to join our Gulfport, MS team. This role focuses on water damage projects from small to large scale, working under the project manager on construction-related tasks and ensuring proper cleanup and debris removal.

Starting pay is $16-18/hour with opportunities for a quarterly bonus, full insurance, a vested 401K with employer match, and on-call rotation compensation.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years experience working Water Mitigation projects.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to work weekdays, nights, and weekends due to on-call rotation.
• Hard worker with attention to detail.
• Relationship building/maintenance skills.
• Must be reliable, dependable, and drug free.
• HVAC and Carpentry experience a plus - compensation would be adjusted per skillset.

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager on various construction projects.
• Specialize in water damage from small scale to large scale flooding projects.
• Remove damage through water extraction, gutting, and demolition as needed.
• Pre and post construction debris removal.
• Contents cleaning and packing.
• Create a general cleaning plan depending on project needs.

What you'll be responsible for as a Water Technician:
