Job summary

Veolia Group is seeking a Dispatch Field Service Representative for the Water Technologies division. The role focuses on commissioning and aftermarket support for Reverse Osmosis systems across industrial and municipal customers in North America.

Travel is 50%–70% with on-site service responsibilities. Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, and process controls, as well as providing customer training and detailed service documentation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of plant instrumentation and control systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Review customer plant installations against drawings and reference documents.
• Monitor equipment performance and perform calibration/maintenance.
• Carry out installation and maintenance on RO equipment and related controls.
• Provide on-site training and detailed service summaries to customers.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and Veolia values.
