MSW I is entry level with basic mechanical aptitude, MSW II/III require increasing certifications and experience in utilities. This role emphasizes safe operation, maintenance, and customer service within municipal

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in Utilities (MSW II).
• Four years of experience in Utilities (MSW III) with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation, maintenance, and repair of the water distribution and wastewater collection systems.
• Respond to water service disruptions such as leaks and maintenance needs; respond to backups and flooding.
• Operate equipment to jet sewer mains and perform CCTV recording.
• Perform hydro excavation and trench work with proper safety protocols.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to MSW I and MSW II staff.
