This role supports the Sales and Technical teams by leading the setup, operation, maintenance, and repair of proprietary wastewater treatment pilot systems for customer trials and field applications. The position involves commissioning pilot equipment at customer sites, ensuring systems run effectively, and supporting ongoing optimization of Cesco’s chemical treatment programs in heavy industrial environments.
Successful candidates will work closely with internal teams and customers to establish treatment programs, collect and interpret performance data, and make data-driven adjustments to improve system outcomes. Strong communication skills are essential, as this role serves as a key link between operations, customers, and the technical and commercial teams.
This position requires flexibility, as work may occur outside of standard business hours depending on project and customer needs. Travel is a significant component, estimated at 50–90% throughout Wisconsin, Northern Illinois, Eastern Minnesota, and Northern Iowa.
