Graham Personnel Services is seeking a Field Service Technician to service high-purity water systems at customer sites across the region. The role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs, with installation support and startup activities as needed.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in mechanical, HVAC, electrical, or field service roles; strong communication and customer-facing skills are essential for success in this position.

Formación

• Dependable and mechanically inclined with a commitment to quality work.
• High school diploma or GED with related experience preferred.
• Customer-facing technical experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Service, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair high-purity water systems at customer sites.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend solutions.
• Assist with equipment installation, commissioning, and startup.
• Collaborate with Service Management, Engineering, and other teams to resolve customer challenges.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional, knowledgeable service.
• Complete accurate service documentation and follow company and customer procedures.
• Follow safe work practices in the shop, while driving, and at customer sites.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
