Job summary

Watts Water Technologies is seeking a motivated engineering co-op for Jan–Jun 2027 at our Menomonee Falls, WI facility. You will support the Engineering team with design, testing, and documentation, gaining hands-on experience while applying classroom knowledge.

You’ll work under the Engineering Manager, learn cross‑department collaboration, and develop practical skills in data analysis, modeling, and prototyping for real-world water solutions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) or related field.
• Basic understanding of engineering principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD, MATLAB; SolidWorks preferred.

• Assist engineering team with design, development and testing of projects.
• Perform data analysis to support engineering decisions.
• Create and update technical documentation and reports.
