EPCOR is hiring a full‑time Utility Worker I–III in Anthem, AZ. You will contribute to water distribution and wastewater systems, perform maintenance, and support service teams at multiple nearby locations, including Paradise Valley and Scottsdale.

A valid AZ driver’s license is required, with CDL development within 1 year of hire. The role offers a stable career path with comprehensive benefits, safety training, and opportunities for certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to operate motor vehicles and utility equipment.
• Knowledge of water distribution and wastewater systems.
• Reads blueprints and maintenance docs.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 70 lbs. and working in all conditions.
• Willingness to work overtime, callouts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Repair and maintain water and wastewater infrastructure across multiple locations.
• Install new water services, perform flushing, sampling, and tests.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Support Field Service Representative, meter reading, and line locating as needed.
• Complete service orders and reports using Word/Excel and systems.
• Perform other duties as required.
