EPCOR is seeking a full-time Utility Worker in Training, I, II, or III for the Eastern Division based in Fountain Hills, Arizona. You will support water distribution and wastewater collection operations across multiple locations, handling maintenance, repairs, and service installations.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and a valid Arizona Driver’s License. You’ll perform physically demanding tasks, use standard utility equipment, and respond to callouts and overtime as

Competenze

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent and a valid Arizona Driver’s License.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, service orders, maintenance manuals, meters, and charts.
• Familiarity with water distribution and wastewater collection systems; knowledge of related tools and safety procedures.
• Strong physical capability for heavy manual labor (lift up to 70 lbs.), work in confined spaces, and extreme weather.

Mansioni

• Repair and maintain fire hydrants, main line valves, water service lines, water mains, water meters and fittings.
• Install new water services, conduct water system flushing, water quality sampling, flow testing, and traffic control.
• Perform preventative maintenance activities, valve exercising, and fire hydrant inspections.
• Install, maintain, and repair wastewater collection systems including sewer laterals, mains, taps, main cleaning and clearing blockages, roach control, and manhole raises/lowers/repairs.
• Provide assistance to Field Service Representative, meter reading, and line locating as needed.
• Perform other related work as required.
