Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering or a closely related discipline.
• 10-15 years of project experience, including design and construction of water supply treatment projects.
• Experience managing drawings, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and implementation of water supply treatment systems from concept through construction.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, cost estimates, and overall delivery to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee engineering and construction deliverables and perform advanced technical analyses.
• Conduct technical assessments, develop engineering calculations, and prepare reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, mentor technical staff, and develop junior engineers.
• Support business development efforts, manage client relationships for capital improvement programs, and conduct client meetings.
• Serve as the Project Manager on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Field inspection as needed.

We are seeking an experienced water supply engineering professional to lead the planning, design, and delivery of municipal infrastructure projects from concept through construction. In addition, this candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills to interface with our client base. This role provides technical and project leadership, oversees multidisciplinary teams, and manages client relations. • Lead the planning, development, and implementation of water supply treatment systems from concept through construction.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, cost estimates, and overall delivery to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee engineering and construction deliverables and perform advanced technical analyses.
• Conduct technical assessments, develop engineering calculations, and prepare reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, manage and mentor technical staff, guide the professional development of junior engineers, and contribute to the growth of team capabilities
• Support business development efforts, independently manage client relationships in regards to capital improvement programs, conduct client meetings and business development initiatives, as needed, to help sustain and grow client relationships.
• Serve as the Project Manager on multiple projects simultaneously
• Field inspection as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering or a closely related discipline
• 10-15 years of project experience, including design and construction of water supply treatment projects
• Project experience with pipeline and pump station design projects.
• Experience managing the preparation, review, and approval of project drawings, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior engineers
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Licenses:

P.E. License in NY (or reciprocating state) is preferred
