Job summary

RMB Products in Fountain, CO is seeking a Material Handler – Water Spider for the 2nd shift to support daily manufacturing by ensuring workstations have the materials, parts, kits, and supplies needed to maintain efficient production flow.

You will work closely with production, warehouse, and scheduling teams, assisting with assembly, molding, trimming, and quality inspections as needed. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and a willingness to work overtime to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Experience in material handling, assembly, rotational molding, or warehouse support is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each workstation has the correct parts, kits, materials, and fixtures according to the production schedule.
• Stock fasteners, screws, washers, and other required supplies at workstations and replace material lots as needed.
• Obtain kits and materials from the warehouse and deliver them to the appropriate workstations.
• Monitor material availability and communicate shortages or space constraints to the team lead or supervisor.
• Expedite urgent material or production requests from team leads and schedulers.
• Assist with assembly, rotational molding, trimming, and other production operations as needed.
• Assemble parts as required within the department.
• Perform quality acceptance checks using precision measuring tools and visual inspection methods.
