RMB Products in Fountain, CO is seeking a Material Handler – Water Spider to ensure workstations have the parts, kits, and supplies needed for daily manufacturing operations.

You will work closely with production, warehouse, and scheduling teams, assist with assembly and molding operations, and perform quality checks on finished parts. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, attention to detail, and reliable teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and customer specs.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
• Proficient with precision measuring tools and quality checks.
• Capable of managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each workstation has correct parts, kits, and materials per schedule.
• Stock and replace materials at workstations, retrieve from warehouse.
• Monitor availability and communicate shortages to the team lead.
• Expedite urgent material and production requests as needed.
• Assist with assembly, molding, trimming, and quality checks.
• Perform quality inspections and reject nonconforming parts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
