Job summary

ProSlide Technology Inc. is seeking a Waterslide Construction Foreman to lead on-site installation projects across the United States. In this hands-on role, you will plan, organize and supervise crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality throughout the build.

You’ll read engineering drawings, direct concrete pours and tower work, and mentor team members while maintaining client communication and site reports. Expect 5–10+ years in construction, travel, and a passport.

Qualifications

• 5-10 plus years of construction related experience.
• Must have a valid passport and ability to travel with no restrictions.
• Must have valid OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certificate.
• Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems is required.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer service background
• Experience with completing site reports or similar documentation.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• 3-5 plus years leading construction tradespersons.

Responsibilities

• Function as on-site SME for installation process.
• Plan and organize on-site activities for crew and subcontractor labour.
• Direct on-site positioning of trucks and cranes and offloading duties.
• Supervise all construction related activities of the installation and hands-on with the crew.
• Supervise and preassemble steel ride support sections.
• Review connections for proper installation and leaks.
• Read and interpret drawings with engineering team and address foreseen issues.
• Coordinate concrete pours and painting of steel columns, towers and platforms.
• Ensure rides are cleaned, washed and waxed.
