Job summary

A leading kids sports organization in California is seeking a dedicated swim instructor to ensure the safety and development of students in the water. This role involves teaching swim skills, building water confidence, and following a structured curriculum. The ideal candidate should have a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for working with children. Competition-friendly pay starting from $16.50 to $20 per hour is offered, along with opportunities for training and certification. Shifts available in the afternoons and weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in the water for periods of up to 5 hours.
• Commit to at least 1 year of employment, afternoons and weekends required.
• Available to work either 3:25 pm or 3:40 pm shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of students and yourself.
• Build water confidence in students.
• Complete in-water training and become Lifeguard Certified.
• Follow the curriculum focused on student needs.
