Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• CCM or PMP certifications are a plus.
• +10 years’ experience in water and sewer construction.
• Knowledge of heavy civil construction techniques and methods.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Contract Administration software systems.
• Strong financial management, organization, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Contract administration: manage submittals, RFIs, contractor payment applications, and punchlists.
• Conduct meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Assist with field planning and oversight.
• Use of web-based contract administration systems.
• Provide construction phase quality assurance.
• Ensure adherence to the Contract Documents.
• Lead inspectors, project engineers, safety and project controls professionals.
• Provide constructability reviews.
• Manage project budgets – internal and external.
• Manage client interface – be the first point of contact with the client for the project.
• Respond to RFPs and prepare proposals to win new work.
