Job summary

Micron Technology seeks a Facilities Water Services UPW and Wastewater Coordinator to coordinate daily work, maintenance, vendors, contractors, and projects for ultrapure water, process water, reclaim, and wastewater systems. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Construction, Procurement, EHS, vendors, and leadership to plan and align work with production needs.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years in facilities operations, water or wastewater, or related coordination.
Experience with SAP or CMMS tools and standard office software.

Responsibilities

Coordinate Water Services projects and work activities, including scope, schedule, resources, customer alignment, risk tracking, execution, and closeout.
Plan and track preventive, predictive, corrective, reactive, and project work for UPW, process water, reclaim, and wastewater systems.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, customers, technicians, operations, engineering, construction, procurement, EHS, and leadership to resolve issues and support safe field execution.
Support development, review, tracking, and closeout of drawings, scopes, permits, work packages, turnover documents, maintenance records, and project deliverables.
Use CMMS platforms, dashboards, Microsoft Office, and digital tools to supervise work, maintain records, communicate updates, and provide leadership visibility.
Monitor contractor, vendor, and field execution activities for alignment with scope, safety, LOTO, quality, and reliability expectations.
Maintain clear communication through updates, meeting notes, reports, presentations, and proactive follow-up on action items, risks, constraints, and deliverables.
Identify risks, close gaps, and improve safety, reliability, material readiness, documentation quality, cost control, and execution.
