Job summary

Boswell Engineering is seeking a Water Services Project Manager/Senior Project Manager based in East Brunswick, NJ or South Hackensack, NJ. You will oversee water/wastewater design projects, lead engineers, and manage budgets and schedules under the VP of Water Services.

The role requires a PE license, 10+ years of relevant experience, and Municipal engineering familiarity. Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant work experience including engineering design, construction, project management, estimates and proposals.
• Professional Engineering license is required.
• Municipal engineering experience and CEM certification preferred but not required.
• Experience designing water/wastewater conveyance systems, wastewater treatment, water treatment, well redevelopment, and hydraulic modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations for water services projects and engineer teams.
• Prepare proposals, budgets, and cost estimates; manage project paperwork from start to finish.
• Review shop drawings and attend client meetings; mentor engineers at all levels.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations; pursue continued learning and professional development.
