The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience and a Professional Engineer license; municipal experience and CEM certification preferred. You will prepare proposals, manage budgets, mentor engineers, and coordinate with clients to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant work experience in engineering design, construction, and project management.
• Professional Engineering license is required.
• Municipal engineering experience and CEM certification preferred but not required.
• Experience in water/sanitary sewer systems, wastewater treatment, water treatment, and hydraulic modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead water and wastewater projects including design of conveyance and treatment systems, studies, and modeling.
• Prepare proposals, budgets, and construction cost estimates; manage day-to-day project paperwork.
• Monitor progress to meet schedules and budgets; review shop drawings and attend client meetings.
• Mentor engineers at all levels and ensure adherence to internal standards and regulations.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and stay current with regulations.
