Job summary

Lamp Rynearson Inc. is offering the Be the Legacy internship program at our Kansas City location to provide practical experience in the AEC industry for engineering students. The internship pays an hourly wage and aims to bridge classroom learning with real-world practice in water and wastewater projects.

Ideal candidates are current engineering students with at least 2 years completed and a minimum 3.0 GPA, possessing working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Current engineering student at an accredited college or university in civil, chemical, environmental or mechanical engineering.
• Prefer 2 years completed toward degree with a minimum of 3.0 GPA.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support the Water Services Group with hands-on internship assignments.
• Apply standard engineering techniques under supervision of a Professional Engineer or Project Manager.

What you need:

• Current engineering student at an accredited college or university in a civil, chemical, environmental or mechanical engineering program.
