Tri-State Water, Power & Air is expanding its residential service team in Missouri. We’re seeking a Water Service Technician with 1–3 years of plumbing experience to service, repair and maintain water treatment and plumbing systems for homeowners.

You’ll analyze water quality, educate customers, keep logs for compliance, and ensure safety and regulatory standards. We offer paid training, a company truck, uniforms, devices reimbursement, and a clear path for career growth.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in residential plumbing work.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication with homeowners and ability to explain technical info clearly.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and maintain residential water treatment and plumbing systems, including pumps, valves, and water filtration equipment.
• Conduct water quality analysis and implement system adjustments or upgrades as needed.
• Address urgent water issues, including leaks and system malfunctions, ensuring prompt resolutions.
• Communicate with homeowners about their systems, educate them on usage and upgrades, and provide tailored service recommendations.
• Keep accurate service records, inspections, and water quality logs for compliance and reporting.
• Ensure all work meets state and federal regulations, as well as safety and environmental guidelines.
