Qualifications

• BA/BS in Civil Engineering or related field with 10 years of related experience.
• Experience in municipal water/wastewater consulting with success leading major urban utility accounts.
• Wins on multi-year IDIQ/task-order, on-call, or capital program pursuits.
• Strong groundwork in conveyance and treatment planning for urban systems.
• Knowledge of Massachusetts public procurement and regulatory context.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic account planning: relationship mapping and growth plans for anchor municipal water utilities in Greater Boston.
• Own capture from pre-positioning through negotiation: set win themes, shape scope, and guide proposals.
• Drive portfolio growth with high-quality pipeline and rigorous go/no-go discipline.
• Partner with technical leaders to deliver planning, design, and program delivery for conveyance and treatment.
• Maintain CRM discipline, pipeline hygiene, and timely regional reporting.
