Adventureland Park is seeking an Aquatics Lead to oversee the Aquatics team, ensure lifeguard safety, and support daily operations. The role includes mentoring Hosts, coordinating shifts, and upholding Ellis & Associates standards in Iowa’s park environment.

The ideal candidate will have lifeguard experience, be fluent in English (Spanish a plus), and complete required certifications and trainings prior to lifeguarding. This is a full-time role with seasonal opportunities at Adventureland.

Qualifications

• 1+ year lifeguard experience preferred.
• Must complete the Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Training Program before becoming a lifeguard at Adventureland.
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English; Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily supervision of the Aquatics team and assist other departments as needed.
• Ensure lifeguards meet Ellis & Associates standards and Iowa law for breaks.
• Assist with training, scheduling, and timekeeping for the Aquatics team.
• Maintain guest safety and respond to incidents with professional composure.
• Assist with crowd control and emergency response as required.
