About the role

As a Water Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the commercial pipeline across the Spanish market, raising brand awareness, reaching out to potential customers, and providing expert guidance on water safety solutions. You will be part of a newly established team in Spain and will have the opportunity to shape the market strategy and establish strong relationships with clients. This is a hands-on, commercial, and technical role ideal for someone who combines domain expertise with sales and client management experience.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end sales funnel in the Spanish market
• Engage with potential customers and drive awareness of the company’s digital solutions
• Provide technical guidance and consultative support to clients on water safety and compliance solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across multiple sectors
• Collaborate with the international team to adapt global strategies for the local market
• Support the development and scaling of the company’s presence in Spain

Ideally you bring

• 5+ years of experience in water safety, environmental compliance, or a related technical field
• Strong understanding of Spanish water safety legislation and regulatory frameworks
• Proven track record in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
• Native Spanish speaker with fluent English
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a scaling team environment
