Job summary

Obsolete Site is seeking a dedicated swim instructor to develop programs tailored to each student’s ability, from infants to adults, on Fort Sill. You will promote skill advancement while teaching essential water safety and survival techniques. Collaboration with lifeguards ensures safety during lessons.

The role requires meeting security/background checks, completing health screenings, and potential CAC-related requirements, with flexibility to work days/evenings/weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Two-page resume required; clearly demonstrate relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and abilities.
• Must meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• Satisfactory completion of background checks and health screening as required by AR 215-3 and related policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop swim program according to students' ability and promote progress to higher levels.
• Teach students from infant to adult age groups.
• Instruct safety and survival skills appropriate to level of instruction.
• Work with lifeguards to ensure swim lessons are safe at all times.
