Job summary

Sylvania is seeking a part-time Water Safety Aides to assist instructors and teach ARC Learn to Swim levels 1–3. The role requires the ability to manage groups and support safety protocols in a pool environment.

Casual hours as needed, with a requirement to lift up to 50 pounds and work on-site at the facility in Anoka, MN. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications

• Experience in swimming at all levels of aquatic ability.
• Ability to work with large groups of people.
• Ability to maintain regular attendance, which includes completing an assigned day.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform position responsibilities including physical factors, work devices and materials handling, data functions, and people functions.
• Must be physically working in the building/site.
