Responsibilities

• Assisting the Water Safety Instructor in learn-to-swim and water safety courses for preschool, youth and adults.
• Monitoring and ensuring participant safety at all times.
• Assisting in creating conditions which ensure an enjoyable experience for participants.
• Assisting in implementing lesson plans with small groups or individual students.
• Assisting with set up and clean up for classes.
• Communicating effectively with Aquatics Coordinator regarding program needs.

• Communicate effectively with Water Safety Instructors.

Pay Rate: $12-$15 per hour (depending on experience)

Work Schedule: Saturday mornings and/or some weekdays after school, summer hours as well.
