Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional registration in Architecture or Engineering.
• Experience leading diverse teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of Right of Way and real estate processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a WBG right of way program aligned with HDR's growth goals.
• Coordinate with market sector leaders, technical staff and clients to deliver projects.
• Lead project and program management, risk, and quality control.
