HDR is leading the Water Business Group with a focus on water quality, flood control, and sustainable infrastructure. The Right of Way Director will refine and implement WBG programs, collaborating with leaders to drive growth and excellence in real estate solutions for clients and projects.

The role engages with market leaders, clients, and technical staff to elevate HDR’s right of way offerings, talk to clients about value, and manage projects as a director with a strong emphasis on growth,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a professional, architecture, or engineering field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• For leadership roles the core service must have professional or Architecture/Engineering registration and related technical experience.
• Experience in development and management of diverse teams.
• Works cooperatively with other business class directors, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers on business class efforts.
• Committed to quality, improvement and HDR values.
• Active participation in our employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

• Project and Program Support: serve as the technical focal point for the WBG to deliver Right of Way services.
• Marketing and Business Development: develop strategic visions and drive opportunities across geographies.
• Technical Staff Development: recruit, mentor, and align staff to meet client needs.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field
