Job summary

PuroClean of Marysville is seeking a skilled Water Restoration Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must hold a minimum IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification and have hands-on experience in water mitigation, structural drying, and restoration procedures.

As a WRT Technician, you will respond to water damage emergencies, perform mitigation services, and help restore affected properties to pre-loss condition.

Qualifications

• Must hold IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification.
• 1+ year of experience in water mitigation/restoration preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening.
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and mold prevention services.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers.
• Document job details thoroughly using company software and technology.
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site.
• Communicate professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, and team members.
• Follow safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency services.

PuroClean of Marysville is seeking a skilled Water Restoration Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must hold a minimum IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification and have hands-on experience in water mitigation, structural drying, and restoration procedures.

• Knowledge of drying science and psychrometry

Compensation: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
