Job summary

PuroClean LA | OC | IE is seeking a full-time Water, Fire and Mold Technician to serve the North Shore and surrounding areas. You will inspect properties, remove unsalvageable materials, set up containment and monitor equipment to ensure safe restoration.

The ideal candidate may have related experience; IICRC certifications are a plus but not required. A valid driver's license and strong customer communication are essential; compensation is $22.00–$26.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in water, fire, or mold mitigation is a plus.
• Experience in construction, mitigation, or restoration is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• IICRC WRT/ASD/AMRT certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged property.
• Remove building materials that cannot be saved (e.g. drywall, flooring, insulation).
• Place equipment and set up containment.
• Monitor equipment and document work.
• Load and unload company vehicle.
• Must be able to drive company vehicle.
• Maintain consistent direct customer contact that is courteous and respectful.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
