Clean Response, Inc. is hiring full-time Water Technicians in Des Moines, IA, to support our disaster restoration team. You will help clean, dry, and rebuild damaged properties and communicate progress to homeowners and project teams.

Ideal candidates have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and physical endurance to lift materials and operate drying equipment. IICRC WRT is a plus, and on-call availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with water damage restoration and customer service is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing conditions.
• Willingness to learn and improve technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Repair properties that incurred water or fire damage.
• Remove damaged material and set up drying equipment.
• Maintain clean and safe jobsite, communicate with clients.
