Job summary

Clean Response, Inc. is seeking full-time Water Technicians for our Des Moines, IA location. You will help restore properties after fire, flood or similar damage, using drying equipment and coordinating with clients to keep them informed throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Experience in water mitigation is a plus.
• IICRC WRT certification is a plus.
• Experience in commercial and residential restoration is a plus.
• Access to reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Clean Response puts people's lives back together. After a property has suffered damage from a fire, flood or similar tragedy, our team helps the property owner recover by cleaning up, drying out, and rebuilding.

We are seeking full-time, motivated and reliable technicians who can contribute their talent to our Des Moines location.

In order to provide victims of disaster with immediate restoration services and outstanding customer service, it is important to have only the best, most dependable employees who have great attitudes and flexible schedules.

We are looking for a dedicated and driven professional whoacts with integrity, values the importance of being a team player, and strives for excellence in all that they do.The Water Technician is responsible for helping put people’s lives back together by cleaning up, drying out, and offering consistent communication and updates throughout the process.

We are currently offering a $2500 sign on bonus!$1250 paid out at month 3 and the additional $1250 paid out at month 6.

• IICRC Water Damage Restoration is a plus.
• Experience in commercial and residential restoration is a plus.
• Experience using small to medium power tools to remove building materials.
• Access to reliable transportation to and from work.
• Valid Driver’s License.

• Must be physically able to lift 50lbs

• Available for occasional on-call shifts.

• Ability to work on feet for extended periods in semi-confined spaces.
• A willingness to work in potentially hot, cold, or wet environments.
• The upmost respect for the safety of self and others.

Advancement Opportunities to become a Lead or Senior Water Technician:

-Completion of IICRC WRT Course

-1-2 years of service

• Senior Water Tech

-Completion of IICRC WRT Course and additional IICRC course completion, IE: FSRT, CDS, ASD, MRS, or OCT

-2-3+ years of service
