ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley is seeking a Water Restoration Technician to join our in-person team in Fort Wayne, IN. You will perform water damage restoration tasks, including extraction, drying, and antimicrobial treatment, using hand and power tools.

The role requires strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and good communication with clients and team members. On-the-job training and opportunities for advancement are provided.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in water damage restoration, carpet cleaning, mold remediation, fire restoration and asbestos abatement.
• Proficient with hand tools and power tools used in restoration work.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement solutions.
• Detail-oriented with focus on high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and with a team.
• Strong communication skills with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform water damage restoration tasks including extracting water, drying affected areas and applying antimicrobial treatment.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete restoration tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate restoration projects and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including documenting job details and materials used.
