Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley in Canton, Ohio seeks a dedicated Restoration Technician to join our team. You will use power and hand tools to restore water and fire damage, clean carpets, and help rebuild affected areas to pre-damage condition.

You will assess damage, select restoration methods, work with teammates, and follow safety guidelines. Prior restoration experience is preferred, and a willingness to learn new techniques is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency with power tools and hand tools used in restoration work.
• Knowledge of water damage restoration techniques is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for restoration tasks.
• Perform water damage restoration, including extraction and drying processes.
• Conduct fire restoration services to repair and restore damaged structures.
• Execute carpet cleaning and other cleaning services as needed.
• Assess damage and determine the appropriate restoration methods.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion.
• Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols.
• Participate in asbestos abatement when required, following all safety guidelines.
