We provide exceptional services in water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration, wind, hail, impact, and reconstruction services. Our team is committed to exceeding customer expectations, ensuring seamless claims processes, and providing detailed documentation for efficient settlements and complete customer restoration to return properties to pre-loss conditions. As an estimator, you will work with adjusters and internal stakeholders to develop timely project estimates using a variety of industry accepted software.

Compensation • $20 - $25 an hour • $300 sign on bonus after 90 days

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • You will be performing water mitigation services to homes and businesses to return these properties to a safe condition necessary for repairs

• Respond to jobs and initiate water removal, including mold remediation

• Continuously monitor the drying progress of the building and its contents

• Maintain accurate documentation in job management software (including pictures and detailed notes of each project)

• Provide daily communications with peers, homeowners, office staff, managers, etc.

• Maintain cleanliness of company vehicle and warehouse, when necessary • Ensure vehicle is always stocked for necessary work • Willingness to be on call in rotation for after-hours emergency services

• Other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE • 1+ years of water mitigation experience • IICRC certifications a plus or willingness to obtain (company paid course) • High school graduate or equivalent • Strong knowledge of insurance restoration • Valid Drivers’ License and satisfactory driving record • Self-starter and can work with/lead a team • Exhibit professionalism, maturity, and the willingness to serve the customer • Experience managing teams of 2 or more • Strong technology skills in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong verbal and written and communication skills
