Job summary

Wolgast Restoration in Michigan is seeking a motivated Restoration Technician to join our employee-owned team. Respond to property damage claims, protect sites, remove water, clean contents, and help restore properties to pre-loss condition with precision and care.

Qualifications include prior restoration experience, ability to work flexible hours, on-call readiness, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Prior restoration industry experience is required.
• IICRC certifications are a significant advantage, but not required.
• Positive, hardworking, dependable, and able to follow directions.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and work flexible hours during emergencies.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the restoration industry is required.
• IICRC certifications are a significant advantage, but not required.
• Must be positive, hardworking, dependable, and able to follow directions.

Other requirements:

• Cleaning service background and carpet cleaning experience are helpful.
