We are seeking motivated individuals with prior restoration experience to play a vital role in our mission of restoring properties to their pre-loss condition. As a Restoration Technician, you’ll contribute directly to our success by responding to property damage claims and ensuring the affected areas are restored with precision and care.

Responsibilities include:

• Protecting damaged areas, removing water, and cleaning buildings and their contents.
• Performing demolition and general clean-up tasks.
• Setting up and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the restoration industry is required.
• IICRC certifications are a significant advantage, but not required.
• Must be positive, hardworking, dependable, and able to follow directions.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and work flexible hours during emergencies.

Other requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• Cleaning service background and carpet cleaning experience are helpful.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
