Job summary

Roto-Rooter is seeking a Water Monitoring Technician in New Orleans, LA to join our water restoration division. You will arrive at customer sites, assess conditions, and present practical solutions to restore properties.

The role emphasizes safety, timely project completion, and customer satisfaction. Candidates should have service technician experience in restoration, strong communication skills, and a clean driving record; IICRC certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as a service technician in restoration preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Clean driving record and able to pass background check.
• IICRC Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at customer site as scheduled.

• Complete the project following safety guidelines provided by Roto-Rooter Services Company.
• Finish the project within the established time frame and ensure customer satisfaction.

Roto-Rooter is the name that home owners and businesses have turned to for over 80 years for their plumbing and drain cleaning troubles. Our newest division, water restoration, is growing quickly, and we are adding additional technicians. We have an opening for a Water Monitoring Technician.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at customer site as scheduled
• Inspect site and present solutions to the customer
• Complete the project utilizing all safety guidelines provided by Roto-Rooter Services Company
• Complete the project in established time frameEnsure the project is complete to the customer’s satisfaction

Requirements

• Service technician experience preferably in the restoration industry
• Strong customer service focus and able to communicate effectively with customers
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Clean driving record and pass background check
• IICRC Certification a PLUS!
