Overview

Founded in 1935, Roto-Rooter is North America's largest plumbing, drain cleaning, and water cleanup services provider. With over 100 company-owned branches, independent contractor territories, and approximately 400 franchise operations, we serve about 90% of the U.S. population and parts of Canada.

Our water restoration division is rapidly growing, and we are hiring additional laborers. The average pay range for this position is between $55,000 and $75,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at customer sites as scheduled
• Inspect sites and present solutions to customers
• Complete projects following all safety guidelines provided by Roto-Rooter
• Finish projects within established timeframes
• Ensure customer satisfaction upon project completion

Requirements

• Experience as a service technician, preferably in the restoration industry
• Strong customer service skills and effective communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
