Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a Carpet Cleaning and Restoration Technician to deliver high-quality cleaning and restoration services, including mold mitigation and water/fire damage restoration. You will document work, communicate with customers, and maintain equipment and inventory.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years in restoration, and comfort with using computers and mobile reporting tools. Certifications such as CCT or WRT/AMRT/ASD/FSRT are a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of restoration experience preferred.
• Basic math skills to determine equipment usage.
• Proficiency in using computers, email, and mobile reporting tools.
• Carpet Cleaning Technician certification (CCT) – preferred.
• Opportunities for advanced certifications (WRT, AMRT, ASD, FSRT).

Responsibilities

• Provide restoration services, including mold mitigation and fire & water damage restoration (certification opportunities available).
• Accurately complete documentation and obtain customer authorizations.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory and stock of tools and materials.
• Keep a detailed daily log and complete work orders.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry equipment and technology.
• Uphold company standards by demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and accountability.
