Job description

Accentuate Staffing is hiring service techs for an established, industry leader in the Raleigh area. The ideal candidate has some experience in water and fire damage clean up, as well as experience with demolition. This is a direct hire, full-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out mold remediation activities, such as containment, removal, and application of antimicrobial agents
• Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification procedures to mitigate further damage.
• Execute fire damage restoration processes, including debris removal, structural cleaning, and odor control
• Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate the extent of damage and develop a comprehensive restoration plan.
• Remove and haul away demolition and damaged materials
• Ensure work is done in a timely fashion, within the appropriate project timeline
• Keep communication open with customers

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience in the restoration industry, with a focus on water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation
• Experience with residential construction preferred
• Knowledge of industry-standard restoration techniques, equipment, and products.
• IICRC Certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Must be willing and able to work after hours/on call on a rotational basis
• Must provide own hand tools
• Consistently walk, stand, climb, kneel, lift, and carry 50 lbs or more on a regular basis
