Roto-Rooter is looking for a Field Sales Representative in the Water Restoration department. This role involves pursuing sales opportunities and leveraging leads from service technicians and call centers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses outstanding customer service skills.

With earnings potential averaging $75,000-$100,000 annually plus commission, applicants must have excellent communication skills and a valid driver’s license. Relevant experience in outside sales is preferred, but all applicants will be considered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable background check required.
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
• Plumbing knowledge preferred but not required.
• Maintains WRT and ASD certifications in Water Damage Restoration.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell opportunities to mitigate property damage.
• Perform property assessments for moisture levels.
• Engage in proactive follow-up communication with customers.
• Provide competitive quotes for repair solutions.
• Be a trusted information resource for customers.
