Accentuin, LLC. seeks a highly motivated Business Development Representative to target plumbers and build relationships with plumbing contractors, promoting water damage restoration services. You will identify leads, present solutions, and close deals in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires effective communication, planning, and the ability to manage presentations and events. On-call responsibilities and occasional travel are involved to grow the branch market.

Formación

• Sales experience is a plus; training provided.
• Clean driving record, valid driver''s license and eligibility to work in the US.
• Must pass background check
• Must pass drug screen
• Organizing and planning skills
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• 48+ hours per week (Office hours are from 6:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday)

Responsabilidades

• Be the driver of new sales for the mitigation and structure business for your branch.
• Reports to Director of Mitigation.
• Attend plumbing trade shows and conferences to network with plumbers and showcase services.
• Offer education seminars to plumbing contractors to teach them about water damage restoration benefits.
• Create targeted marketing campaigns to reach plumbers and educate them on services.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and regulations and share with plumbing contractors.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure best possible service.
• Travel within sales area to develop new relationships and leads.
• Maintain strong communication, organization and time management with contractors; offer referrals incentives.
• Be active on social media professionally (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
• Plan and organize networking luncheons and presentations.
• Accountable for being on-call
