Job summary

Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service is hiring Field Sales Representatives for Water Restoration in California's Livermore area. The role focuses on identifying and selling water restoration solutions to residential and commercial clients, with leads provided and a base+commission structure.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and background check per company standards.
• Demonstrated focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Willing to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Outside sales experience is strongly desired; all outside sales experience considered.
• Maintain IICRC WRT and ASD certifications in Water Damage Restoration.
• Ability to wear a respirator and pass a respirator fit test.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell opportunities to mitigate property damage from water to residential and commercial markets.
• Perform property moisture assessments to determine need for demolition and drying to acceptable levels.
• Proactively follow up with existing customers to deliver effective water restoration solutions.
• Leverage pricing matrix and insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes and close sales.
• Be a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
