Job summary

Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service in Pittsburgh seeks a Field Sales Representative for our Water Restoration team. You will identify and close opportunities, assess properties for moisture and drying needs, and follow up with customers to deliver effective repairs.

Prior outside sales experience and strong English communication are required. We offer an average earnings range of $55,000-$75,000 annually with mileage reimbursement, plus a weekly base pay and commission, and a benefits

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in home services is strongly desired.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.
• Strong customer service focus with ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Must be organized and an outgoing self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell opportunities to mitigate property damage caused by water for residential and commercial markets.
• Perform property assessments to determine moisture levels and drying needs.
• Engage in proactive follow-up with customers to provide effective water-related solutions.
• Provide quotes using pricing matrix and insurance guidelines and close sales.
• Be a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
