Job summary

Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Restoration Estimating Specialist to join our fast-growing water restoration team. This full-time role is based out of our Arizona Call Center in Tempe and offers an hourly range of $23.00–$25.00 depending on experience, with a potential performance-based bonus.

The candidate will use Xactimate to write detailed estimates for residential and commercial jobs, communicate with customers and insurance adjusters, and process

Qualifications

• Xactimate software and estimate writing experience is preferred.
• Insurance claims experience is required.
• Administrative billing & collections experience in the restoration or service industry is preferred.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Use Xactimate estimating software to write detailed water restoration estimates for residential and commercial customers.
• Maintain communication with customers and insurance adjusters.
• Submit estimates to insurance companies for payment.
• Follow established billing and collections procedures.
