Job summary

Roto-Rooter is seeking an experienced Estimator/Xactimate Writer to join our water restoration team. This full-time role uses Xactimate to write detailed estimates for residential and commercial projects and to communicate with customers and insurance adjusters.

You will submit estimates for payment, follow billing procedures, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Insurance claims experience is required, with strong organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Xactimate estimating software and estimate writing experience preferred.
• Insurance claims experience required.
• Billing & collections experience in restoration/service industry preferred.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Use Xactimate estimating software to write detailed water restoration estimates for residential and commercial customers.
• Maintain communication with customers and insurance adjusters.
